    We started by renting out just the extra room, but now that the children have grown and moved on we are offering three rooms.
    Room 1 is on the main level of our multi-level home.
    Guests use our main entrance, walk the hallway which is length of the house and up three steps into a large room with a king size bed, private bathroom/shower stall & large paladian window overlooking the two ponds and the woods beyond.
    Room 2 is a suite which many our guests prefer because they can be off by themselves.
    There is private entrance on the ground level. Up eight steps brings you to a landing; off the landing is a bedroom which contains a double bed. The windows in this room are high and do not afford a view but do however provide for late sleepers because the sun does not come streaming in as it does in Room 1.
    Room 3 is the smallest of the rooms and contains a double bed.
    It is located on the main level of the home and has a semi-private bathroom with a tub/shower.

    All guests are welcome to use our living room which contains a gas fireplace made of field stone and is floor to ceiling. The floor is newly installed oak and has several oriental rugs on it. The dining room is at the other end of the living room and guests eat breakfast around our maple dining room table with captain chairs. The living room/dining room area has a cathedral ceiling.

    Just outside the door (or off the deck) the guests are welcome to enjoy themselves in our 20x40 foot inground pool. They also love to wander down to the ponds where there is a resident bass living in the deeper of the two ponds.

    Travel Directions:

    DIRECTIONS FROM THE EAST:
    The Mass Pike to exit #4 (West Springfield). Rt. 9I North to the second (of 3) Northampton exits.
    Go straight across the intersection (cross Rt.9). Do not make any turns-you will go through two more traffic lights-and a blinking light. After approximately two miles, you will come to a "T" intersection--turn right onto Rt. 9 (heading west). Three or four miles down the road will be the town of Williamsburg. At this point you will have a choice of routes to follow. The first and the shorter (25 miles from Northampton) will be to pick up Rt. 143 in Williamsburg. Take Rt. I 43 through Chesterfield, through the center of Worthington, turning right at the light and continuing along Rt. 143 for another 2 1/2 miles, at which point you will leave Rt. 143 taking the right fork and going toward Windsor and Savoy. The Hill Gallery Bed & Breakfast is 1 1/10 mi. on the right. It is on the E. Windsor Road only if you are coming from Worthington.

    The other option from Rt. 9 in Williamsburg (30 mi. from Northampton), would be to continuealong Rt. 9, through the towns of Goshen, Cummington and just beyond the entering Windsor sign, you will find a road to the left where the sign says "TO RTE. 143, WORTHINGTON, E. WINDSOR & PERU". That is our road. The Hill Gallery Bed & Breakfast is 2 1/2 mi. on the left. As you are coming up the hill, you will see an E. Windsor Rd. on your right --DO NOT TAKE THIS ROAD--IT IS E. WINDSOR ROAD IN WINDSOR--NOT OURS. Just keep heading toward Rt. 143 and you will find us . We are on the road that connects Rt. 9 at the Windsor/Cummington town line with Rt. 143 in Worthington..

    DIRECTIONS FROM THE WEST:
    Exit 21A off Rt. 87 (to Mass Pike [Rt. 90]). After 17.8 miles, you pay the toll and continue another 5.2 mi. to exit B3. Bottom of ramp, turn left and left again at the yield sign onto Rt. 22 north. After 2.3 mi, turn right onto Rt. 295 east. After 2.6 mi., turn left onto Rt. 41 north. After 3.7 ml., turn right onto Rt. 20. After 4.4 mi., turn left onto Rt. 9 east. Stay on Rt. 9 for just under 17 miles, at which point you will find a sign on the right saying: 'To RTE. 143 Worthington Peru and E. Windsor"

    This is our road. Turn right and follow the road for 2.5 miles, following the signs to Rt. 143. You will come to The Hill Gallery Bed & Breakfast before you get to Rt. 143 (and don't turn onto E. Windsor Road if you happen to see that sign, that, as in the directions above, is in Windsor and is not ours.


We offer a full breakfast.
Well-behaved children are welcome.
Smoking permitted outside only.
No pets.
